Visa Information

Visitors from the 49 eligible countries can apply for a visa through the quick and easy-to-use eVisa platform before traveling. A tourist visa is acceptable to attend the conference.

Visitors from countries not eligible for the eVisa must apply for a consulate visa in their home country. Time taken to issue a visa is 1-2 business days in most cases. The KAPSARC team will support those who need assistance – fill out the form below for help.

Holders of U.S., U.K., or Schengen business or tourist visas can apply for the visa upon arrival in Saudi Arabia, or opt for the eVisa if preferred.

eVisa costs SAR 535, to include a fee for full health insurance during your stay in the Kingdom. Visa on arrival costs SAR 480.

Visa fees are non-refundable.

The multiple-entry tourist visa is valid for one year. The single-entry tourist visa is valid for three months.
